NEWSLETTER JANUARY 2011
The Neighbours
As we know, The Brink owner love nature, that is why we all bought properties here. I took some lovely pics of this family of bush buck roaming the estate.
The Recessionary markets
In what can be described as an eventful "recessionary" economic year, The Brink Eco Estate has continued to be a viable option for discerning investors. We invite you to become an owner in a truly natural coastal wonderland.
What make The Brink attractive?
The large properties means that the densities are only one home per hectare, your own farm at the sea! The location to George, the airport and the proximity to major tourist attractions. We have our own beach, we have a 5 star hotel next door yet we feel as though we are well secured.

Homes completed
Four homes have been completed on property numbers 104, 105, 124 and 125. The owners of plot 120 have also commenced construction. All homes are beautifully finished and one can see the quality that is becoming a hallmark of The Brink. In Breakwater Bay, plots 29, 48, 52 and 65 have all completed construction and plot 48 is under construction.
